The European Association for Industrialised Construction (IC-Europe) was founded in 2026 and is the leading platform for companies and entities which seek to advance industrialised construction, including modular, prefabricated and off-site, in Europe.

Main objectives:

  • To look after, promote and protect the interests of the industrialised construction industry in Europe.
  • The promotion and oversight of competition within the sector and the preventon of practices which may violate, hinder or inhibit those.
  • To provide consulting services and training in areas related to legislation and regulatory norms which may be applicable to the sector.
  • To guard its members from instances of professional fraud within the sector.
  • To establish and maintain relation with, and eventually integrate or collaborate with national, European or international organisations which represent interests which may relate to those of the Association or its Members.
  • To provide institutional representation before public authorities and organisations.

Types of partners:

IC-Europe is a grouping of international experts, representing the European industrialised construction industry. There are two different ways to participate in the Association; as a member or as a partner.

Within the members there are:

  • Companies involved in industrialised construction.
  • National and international associations involved in industrialised construction.

It is possible to sign collaboration agreements with the following entities:

  • Business associations: those associations, of a business nature, whose activity, objectives or aims are related to industrialised construction.
  • Profesional groups: collegiate or associative groups representing professionals related, due to their activity or aim, to construction or industrialised construction.
  • Media: specialised publications, printed or digital, related to construction or industrialised construction.
  • Other entities: any other entity, public or private, that is interested in the aims of the Association and cannot be clasified in any of the previous categories, as an associate or collaborator.
